Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Orzeva we stand behind every product we sell. We want you to love your experience with us and we're committed to making it right if something goes wrong. That's why we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all Orzeva products.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
- For damaged or defective items photo or video evidence must be provided
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances
Refund Limits Per Customer
To protect the integrity of our guarantee and ensure fairness to all customers the following limits apply:
- Each customer is eligible for a maximum of one refund per order
- A maximum of two refunds per customer account lifetime
- Customers found to be abusing our refund policy will be permanently banned from future purchases
- Orzeva reserves the right to decline refund requests from customers showing patterns of abuse
- Refund abuse includes but is not limited to repeatedly claiming non delivery, repeatedly claiming defective products without evidence or placing orders with intent to claim refunds
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@orzeva.com with subject line "Refund Request — Order #XXXXX"
- Include your full name, order number and reason for refund
- Attach clear photos or videos of the issue if claiming damaged or defective product
- Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
- Send a free replacement at our expense
You are not required to return the damaged product. We simply ask for photo or video evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@orzeva.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item immediately at no additional cost.
Non Delivery Claims
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please:
- Check your tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Allow 3 additional business days past the expected delivery date
- Contact us at support@orzeva.com if your order still has not arrived
We will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Subscription Refunds
- Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting support@orzeva.com
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle
- Subscription charges already processed are non refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective
- One subscription refund per customer per subscription product lifetime
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products returned outside the 30 day window
- Products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial period without raising concerns
- Orders where delivery was confirmed by tracking and customer claims non delivery without reasonable evidence
- Customers who have exceeded the maximum refund limit
Our Right to Refuse
Orzeva reserves the right to refuse refund requests from customers who:
- Have exceeded their refund limit
- Cannot provide reasonable evidence of their claim
- Show patterns consistent with refund abuse
- Have previously been flagged for fraudulent activity
